Job Description:

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Clients & Engagement Director and will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company’s services and stakeholder base. This role involves identifying stakeholders, setting stakeholder engagement strategy, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with the overall company strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.

Analyze market data to develop insights and actionable strategies for growth.

  • Stakeholder engagement and business development Strategy:

Develop and implement effective stakeholder and business development strategies to achieve set objectives.

Create and manage a stakeholder engagement and business development plan, setting measurable goals and KPIs.

  • Stakeholders Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, understanding their needs and requirements.

Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Partnerships and Lead Generation

Identify and pursue new stakeholders and business opportunities through networking and attending industry events.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential stakeholders and clients.

  • Collaboration & Coordination:

Collaborate with strategy, technical and marketing, sales, and operational teams to execute business development initiatives successfully.

Work with internal stakeholders to align services with client needs and market demand.

  • Reporting & Forecasting:

Prepare regular reports on activities, market conditions, and business forecast for senior management.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of business development strategies and adjust as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • 3. Skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented approach.
